Booking/Cancellation Policy


We understand that unexpected things can happen, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- More than 48 hours' notice: No fee applies.
- Less than 48 hours' notice: A cancellation will incur a 100% fee of the booking cost and a reschedule will incur in a 50% fee of the booking cost.
- No show or same-day cancellation/Reschedule: The full appointment cost of 100% will be charged.

- Appointment times are reserved especially for you
- Reminders are sent 5 days and 72 hours before your booking
This policy allows us to respect our time, honour our schedule and provide fair opportunities for all clients.

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to this policy. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled outside of our required notice period, we reserve the right to charge the applicable fee to the card saved on file. If no card or card declines an invoice will be sent for payment.
